At a guess, it's a Milbro / Diana G80, possibly made for export.

    Could be wrong though.

That was my initial gut feeling too however a closer look indicates that there are more differences than similarities to a typical Diana/Milbro.

The name "uma" and "model 61" is visible so OK that's what it "is" but what is the background of this brand, etc? Are they rebadged anything-we-are-familiar-with?

Milbro Diana G80, re-badged for a foreign company. Other than that, exactly the same, right down to the guy who packed it.

I would preen myself, but all I did was google it and manage to decipher enough German to guess that's what the bloke was on about.

PS: The bloke who packed it was called Clive. No really.

Cool, see, I now know that I know close to nothing about Milbro Thought they only made Diana-clones.

    "Uma". Sounds sexy. Wonder why...

It does appear as you say, to be a Milbro G80 under licence. UMA, may be an abbreviation for Umarex.
