    Thumbs up mystery rifle..

hi all, a friend of mine had this rifle away back in the
mid 60`s early 70`s he said it was a break barrel type,
once you broke the barrel so to speak, you then put
your hand to the end of the barrel and turned a threaded
part on the end and brought out a tube and loaded a
pellet in the end of tube, then placed tube back in end
of barrel and tightened the threaded part up and bob`s
your uncle, ready to fire gun.. can anyone shed some
light as to what make of rifle it could be ?
awaiting with great anticipation.. thankyou.. kind rgds..

Sounds like a Diana Mod 1, maybe. Was it a small, "tin-plate" type gun?
The South of England has 2 good things, the M1 and the A1. Both will take you to Yorkshire.

Haenel Model 15. The Diana Model 1 was loaded in a similar manner but only fired darts and balls.
