    Question Oiling wood grips ??

    Got my 2 new pistols today, the Hurricane came with a spare set of grips "wood", i would appreciate info on best oil to use on these...mike...

    What kind of finish do you want?
    Teak Oil will feed the surface of the wood & keep the grain emphasized, Danish Oil will set to give a permanent glossy finish, more coats, glossier finish,

    yes if you let it dry on the surface but if you apply the danish, leave for 15 minutes and wipe off then no its doesnt.....lifts the grain and gives a matt/semi shiny finish.

    I use Tru Oil, cos I likes it shiney!
