Just a basic review really guys as I am not a Bino Guru.
The B1 10X42's arrive in the usual Meopta packaging with a foam lined box to protect them during storage or transport.
Inside the packaging you find the Bino's, a carry case, padded neck strap, flip down objective lens covers, eye piece covers and the usual warranty and instruction gumf.
Here are a few illustrative photos:

The binos have a substantial amount of rubber Armour making them extremely robust. I like the flip down covers on the objective lens because of their simple ease of use. The binos feel quite solid and substantial when you use them. The focusing wheel seems quite stiff but that will probably ease off with use. The rubber eye cups can be either twisted out or used 'in' depending on the user.
Image is crystal clear brigh giving sharp edges on objects that you are looking at, although I am in Cyprus and the light conditions are bright anyway, even at dusk the image is sharp and clear.
I tested them against a friends Minox 10x42 Bino's. Although the image on the Meoptas was admitely slightly brighter and a touch sharper the £300 difference in price was not justified (Not tested the Minox at night but the Meostsars are awesome.). I am not disappointed with the Meopta's and would not change my choice, but you can get fantastic optics for a third of the price. Being a big Meopta fan and wanting to buy a one and only purchase set of bino's I am pleased with them.
All in all a good quality set of Bino's with a slightly over exuberant price tag that have not dissapointed and should last for years to come.
