heard of a diana bobcat but not that
Does anyone have any Taiyo Juki Bobcat spares?
I need a rearsight. (Or a Crosman 160/180 rearsight with two hole fixing)
A barrel band.
And three sight retaining screws. Blued/blacked Phillips pan-head with M3.5 thread, 5mm long.

Hiya mate,
Crosman used these sights on many guns, Crosman 160 & 400 here-
I have just made a jig up for the Sharp Innova,s/Ace rear sights, I can make these as well ! & Sheridan, & Silencer adapters, Rifle or pistol,
Some Innova silencer adapters -
I also have this, A Japanese made red dot sight ( I would guess around the early 1980,s ) Works perfectly, No magnification , Variable intensity red dot, " Got to go " In the sell off ?
I can make all of the above & many more ( If you could keep me sober Ha ha )
But a minimum order of 10 is required to make them viable,
I might just add ! I need the money !!!!!!!! Ever.
Weather is warm, I shoot, & I like making thing,s
Ged. Another" Chianti " Darling, ! & be quick, Ha ha,
Hi Ged, I've pm'ed you for more info on the red dot sight.
My sight options for the Bobcat are;
Iron sights: (I have the original front sight)
1. Find the correct rearsight.
2. Use a Crosman sight (hole spacing is different by .5mm)
3. Use a Sharp rearsight (I have a spare, ands it fits the scope grooves)
Scope:
1. Fit a small scope. (I have a Taiyo scope, but the mounts are too wide for the Bobcat scope grooves)

It looks to be an XS78 re-badged.
Try over on the Chinese airgun forum (google it) there's bound to be someone there with a spare standard sight. Just ask for one off an XS78 or QB78, they are the same.

Not re-badged. The Bobcat was out in the late 60's or early 70's.
Taiyo Juki is (was) the same company as Miroku.
The Bobcat in the Blue Book looks slightly different to others I've seen. This link has good pictures. http://www.network54.com/Forum/40594...o+Juki+Bobcat+. Len let me use his rearsight photo to illustrate my wanted post.

Hiya mate , I have no PM, !
You send pics via them anyway, Here are a couple of the sight,
Whilst I am at it, There are other options for the sight ( Although I think the forum member who suggested the chinese forum has the answer )
Crosman 140-
Sheridan intermount -
And just look at this rear sight, A chinese pump up, ( For sale, the gun that is, when I get around to it )
Thats a lot of work for a rear sight when you consider the Plastic offerings of BSA, & the tin plate Crosman & Sharp offerings ?
Whilst sorting stuff out, I found a steel Breech I used to make for Crosman,s ( Its been on TToooo Many guns )
Note : The silver soldered connector ( Breech to barrel ) Crosman should have done this, !!
A single O ring at the bottom & A perfect seal,
Got to go !!! Bars open, Ha ha, Ged.
If it moves.....shoot it!..If it don't move.....shoot it in case it tries to!!!

Thanks for checking. I think the Crosman sight will do when it arrives.
UPDATE:
The Crosman 160-10 sight fitted with no modification.
m3.5x7 steel screws were obtained from Clerkenwell Screws. I stripped the zinc plating with acid and shortened then blued them. They are pozi, but as close to Phillips as I could find for the time being.
