Question What things to look at on a second hand pre charged pistol?

    Hi,

What things should I look at when buying a S/H pre-charged air pistol? Any caveats? Main points to pay attention to?
I'm not too familiar with that kind of guns yet. I'd be happy to look on some guide/FAQ if it exists.

    Regards

Leakages...wether it ever had new seals.
Thats most important gun technical wise.
Wether the cilinders arent 'out of date'can be important in some countries when yr shooting matches.

Think seriously about walking away from any gun with damaged screw heads.

If that's visible, what are the insides like?

It should look like it's been reverently stored an a padded box.
If it looks like it's rattled around in the bottom of a tool box either walk away or half the asking price & knock a tenner off that
