I thought you IJ was the only living human to actually have seen one let alone own one are you going to get this one as well!
This should work.
The images are not in any particular order but they will allow you to see the condition of the BSF.
When it arrived I only put one slug through it. Some one has previously been hammering it beyond safe.....

The gauged stock? I think that I will clean that up and lay in some glue/timber mix. Or perhaps fill with resin with an insect inlay? The cocking arm link pin is a beauty, right??

The price right now on this auction site is about 262 GBP
Its a good price for a BSF mod 65

Andy, it might have fetched twice as much if not for Ians' beauty.
Jokes aside, but not for long; does anyone have a manual in PDF that covers the S70 they would like to send?
Second to that, what number of coils, gauge, length, I.D and O.D of the mainspring?
My mainspring is reasonably straight but I am unsure if it has a set, or if it is original
Cheers.

Hi - I am in South Africa.
My name is Patrick.
I have a BSF Underlever which I think is a S54 - I have somehow managed to lose the blade fitting from the foresight. It was not triangular in shape, but simply a low straight piece with a slight ridge along the length of the top.
Does anyone have a picture of such a blade, and also picture of the S54 or any other BSF Underlevers showing the whole gun - from fore sight to the end of the stock.
I have seen various pictures of BSF guns, but most of the do not show the WHOLE gun !
Can anyone tell me where I can obtain a blade for this gun.
TANGUVELLYMUCH.
I've got a Model 50 on it's way to me (should be here early next week).
You don't hear or see much info on the 50, can anyone give me any info on it please?
BSF Mod 50 is more like a upgraded Mod 45. Difference is that it have another stock and adjustible sight
Just come across this thread having been away. I too have a .177 BSF S54 under lever with loading tap. As someone said previously very well built. Must also put a few pellets through it sometime although fairly certain it could do with a bit of internal fettling, as I seem to remember the firing cycle was a bit harsh.
Cheers, Phil
hi guys...I owned an S70 in the late 70's and was a nice little gun. if I remember right it was an expensive gun and a little austere compared to the FWB's and Weihrachs. a brilliant little gun and would love to own a S70 or B55 again
