How do i put this in the piston without it sliding too and thro, do i put a lip on it or something, if so whats the best way to do this

If you've not got the PTFE yet, try direct plastics online.
A steel sleeve would no doubt be harder wearing and many have succeeded using beer/soft drink cans.

I also put in a steel washer to cover the tabs of the piston sleeve then a delrin slip washer.
That makes sure the slip washer is baring down on something flat & smooth & then so is the tophat as it bares on the slip washer.
