Explosive cert 5 years valid ?

I was just looking to see when my explosive certificate was up for renewal as I'd always been told down the club to keep an eye on it as its 3 years when the FAC is 5. But both my explosive cert and RCA are 5 years, with the explosive cert set to expire on the same date as the FAC.

Was this a general change or just something West Mids are doing ?

My explosive cert is only valid for two years, need renewing this October. :-(
