Congratulations Gary! And well done Sammy (top Lady in HFT and FT)!
I will post details of next years events in Poland as soon as I confirm them with the organiser, however the autumn event this year clashes with the world FT champs...

Thank you, Pawel.
Your name? The same as when you very kindly housed some guns in Cabin 14 to save carrying them back to the hotel!!

Well, mayby you made a mistake. If you just said a word to find some plase to sleep... but I afraid it would be a problem to shoot next day. As Aleksiej from Lithuania...
kinemax was a Polish gentleman - I'll just call him Mr Chairman! OK?!

Well done lads (and lass)
Did the language barrier cause any difficulties?
At least 50% of people there spoke English, some better some worse, but good enough to communicate and have a drink (or loads) together.Originally Posted by Brian.Samson
If required I assisted with translation which was not required very often.
In each shooting group of 3 with an English person, there was someone local who could speak English, so that communicating with marshals and so on would not be a problem.
Not a bit once we were there.Originally Posted by Brian.Samson
The Germans we met (every one a gentleman) spoke impeccable English. The Poles by and large spoke some and went out of there way to help. Those Poles that didnt managed to convey information with hands and a lot of smiles.
As Piotr said the organisation was exemplary, we were shooting with at least 1 English speaker.
I fell in love with Poland on a few business trips and next year we plan on going back a week earlier to have a holiday before the event.
If anybody can save up £200 it's a trip to be taken over 5 days or so, with Krakow and Aushwitz just up the road.
The next Morsko will be organized in this same termin like Worlds 2005 (September 15-18).
Next year Morsko will be organized on April 20-23 and September 21-24.
Sounds like good fun - I might make the trip over next year.
Although the language barrier doesn't seem to be a problem, I'm sure I'd still need to learn the Polish for "I gave that a yard of wind and still barely hit the faceplate"
Be sure to post up a reminder for next years event in good time.
Here are the results for FT-1:

I hope the rest will follow.

Here are some dates for this and next year HFT/FT events in Morsko in Poland (not 100% confirmed, but we can all start planning):
Autumn 2005 Morsko - 15th to 18th Sept 2005 (unfortunately this clashes with this years World FT Championships at Weston Park)
Spring 2006 Morsko - 20th to 23rd April 2005
(Possible FT/HFT World Champs 2006 in Morsko 24th – 27th August 2006)
Autumn 2005 Morsko - 21st to 24th Sept 2006
I am not 100% sure if I will be attending (depending on my family circumstances) but I can provide contacts and more details for those interested.
Thanks.
Piotr
