Well Done - I am sure you will enjoy your SAM K11 - maybe you would like to bring it along to RMTC one night and have a shoot with us?

Once IJ is up and about again, maybe we can arange another SAMfest one Tuesday night just so we have an excuse to gather a few SAM pistols under one roof and get to see all of the small detail differences we keep finding between them all.

It won't be a very large gethering - there arn't many SAM's about, but it could be you and your K11. Mike with his K11, IJ and his K14, Gordon with his K11 and myself with a K14 and a K15- that's 6 SAMs all together and at the same time - maybe in a couple of weeks time eh?

Anybody else who own's a SAM would be welcome to come along as well - could be a world record gathering for the most SAM pistols in one place at the same time!

Small world - I exchanged my really nice K11 to Gordon a few weeks ago - and now it turns up in Mackavoys and you buy it!

No idea why he parted with it - but I really liked that pistol and had a heavy heart when I parted with it hoping to keep it local as another SAM in regular action - and to that end if you have bought it - then it will stay local after all!

It shot absolutely perfectly for me and gave me some of the very best groups I have ever been able to achieve with a PCP - but to be fair - most SAM owners find this ( and is why they become SAM owners).

I think the only thing I ever had done to it was to fit a new "O" ring as the loading hatch started to flip up slightly after a shot and this apparently is caused when this ring needs changing - so this was done and the problem dissapeared OK.

Everyone has their own personal preference in the type of pistols they like the feel of and prefer to shoot so that may be the reason why it went so soon - but I would wager that whatever the replacement was that it cannot perform any better than that K11. It is superb and I think you have bought a very good pistol.
