you can pump up gas rams with the proper hose, but not pcp, i wouldn't like to try, anyway.
Hi all,
I've just been looking through at the shooting stuff and someones got a Brocock Slimjim hand pump for sale, he describes the obvious about charging air cartridges with it but then says it wouldn't take much to convert it to charge up PCP rifles, well forgive me if I'm being stupid but I remember when I had my Logan pump how hard it was to pump up my PCP so just how hard would it be to pump up a PCP with a Slimjim hand pump and I doubt you would get the proper pressure either (I might be wrong so don't quote me on that).
If you want to take a look it's item no.7154329382 on .
Daft!!
Pete
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

As Simon said( ) I used one to up the pressure in a HW90 but you needed the hose from Theobens.Steve

sounds a bit suspect
Thanks for that jinx, I've never been able to do the "link" to other sites bit, I just can't imagine how many pumps you would have to do with it to pump up a PCP, I would neally colapse after about 75 pumps with the stirrup pump and I bet it would get red hot as well .
Cheers
Pete
