    Hi Darren,
Why not ring Tony Wall at SFS and get it straight from the horse's mouth?
He's a nice guy and will detail the work involved.

Chances of speaking to Tiny are slim as every time I have phones he is busy - they have had an influx of guns lately and wait times are up to around 6 weeks now. My 97k is there and I have another 4 weeks to wait.

Sure one of the other guys in the shop would be happy to talk you though the details.

From what I remember from my chat the stage 2 is:

New main spring with custom made spring guide and top hat
Piston seal is sized to te cylinder
Everything inside is de-bured and polished
    Full trigger tune
And I am not sure on this bit but the transfer port may get some attention.

No mention of the piston being buttoned from the conversation I had.

    Queries £135 including return postage.

Can't wait to get it and sit it in the Gary cane HFT stock I also have on order

Have had a few rifles tuned by Tony/SFS, can honestly say they are capable of rivalling the best, bar none, and at the prices, dirt cheap, not surprised he has a heavy work load, those thinking of getting work done, get the full tune done,as his popularity will surely result in steeper prices.

All of the above (though not sure on the trigger tune). The rear spring guide is welded to the base of cylinder on the 80 and 77/97, as Venom used to so for their Stage 1.
