Crosman 180
I bought one of these in fair condition at Bisley Arms Fair on Sunday.
It works and holds gas after a bit of shooting, warm room ,and pellgun oil.
Shoots well and accurately.
First model,through safety catch.
Works on one co2 capsule .22. Single shot dual power.
I am enjoying giving it a bit of unexpected TLC.
Any tips or problems that you can tell me about ?
Excluding binning it from non fans of American co2!
Thanks

Nice find Patrick, we don't often see that model over here. No real problems apart from the usual seal failure due to old age....... a bit like me really. Post a link to some pics willya.?.

I have one of these, but mine is the J C Higgins/Sears version and it is an absolute cracking little rifle.
At just short of 34.5" long, it's ideal for youngsters as well as oldies like me, and hammers tin cans and empty aerosols using Crosman .22 Match.
Some more details at Pyramyd Air -- Google "Crosman 180: a collectible worth owning!"

I will send you a pic by email Pete.
Mine is also a Higgins Sears, Allan.
I have also reached the age for little guns.
I am very pleased with my Brocock Concept with Leapers 3 to 9 32 scope.
Which is a little gun with big performance.

Thanks for the photos Patrick, she looks a beauty.
I agree wholeheartedly with the smaller lighter concept. SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL.......
