I've been shooting a pcp for about 8 years. I bought an HW95 a while ago. Oh yes, what a challenge! I have come to the conclusion, that PCP's are for people that can't shoot a proper air rifle. What do you think.
I was just thinking it had been at least a day since one of these threads had been along!
All pcp shooters are chutney ferrets and springers are for old fogies!
Better to admit you walked through the wrong door than spend your life in the wrong room
Yes, but is it better to have .177 0r .22 ?

Bring back the springer
Just like the bait boat arguement if you're a carp angler
I commented on the other thread ... I think I mentioned taking up golf?
I sort of started to avoid the discussion when I read some bloke asking who I would rather go to dinner with ... a springer or pcp shooter.
There was also some rambling about looking at Webley Trackers in your Mum's Gratton catalogue. That brought back too many memories of me and Gratton catalogues. As a young teenage boy I used to share my Gratton time between the Air Rifle pages and the Lady's lingerie section. I didn't masturbate over the elegant and very beautiful semi clad ladies ... I just liked to imagine myself in bras.
Is that related to me still shooting springers?
