    Airgun collector's Fayre

Melbourne Marksmen will be holding another Collectors Fayre on Saturday the 2nd August at the RBL Club in Melbourne village (Derbyshire)

Doors open at 11.30 am for buyers
Setting up for sellers who have reserved tables from 10 am

This Fayre, like last years, is to raise funds for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
We raised £700 at last Junes Fayre, so hopefully we can match that again or beat it.
So all proceeds will be donated to the charity and it will be a full day event.

As previously no trade selling. Airguns, spares, teles, pellets, mags etc will be on sale.

Air rifles offered for sale must not be capable of discharging pellets with K.E. above the 12 ft. lb. legal limit
Air pistols must not be capable of discharging pellets with K. E. above the 6 ft.lbs legal limit

This is link to a thread showing some of the airguns available on the day
    http://www.airgunbbs.com/showthread....05#post6414405

Entry will be £2 and tables will cost £10

There will be a BBQ, which will be staffed by the RBL staff.

Binners has kindly provided us with a nice rifle as a prize in the raffle - very generous and much appreciated

We will not hold a bell target shoot on the day so there will be a lot more space available. A chronograph will be available if you wish to test an airgun before purchasing.

There will be bring and buy tables manned by Melbourne Marksmen members for those who just have 1 or 2 items they would like to sell
A commission will be charged on these B&B items which again will be paid into the Poppy Fund

    CAR PARKING:
Parking in the RBL car park
Overspill across the road on the corner or use Budgens next door .

If using Budgens Supermarket, please park at the rear of the supermarket

    Yippeee, Brilliant !!!!!!

Are you going to do the bell target comp again? or not worth the hassle?

I've got a front sight now I can actually aim at what I want to hit, not 2" lower.

Some would say it's well worth the 24 hr flight to get here.
Good choice of English beers and a nice burger or three will set you up for the long haul return flight.

Hi John, I hope you notify the airgun mags as it would be good to see a write up giving the Fayre some publicity and to have a rep from one of the magazines there to appreciate the following that has been generated by previous events, which unfortunately were not reported.

Can I reserve a table? Accumulated plenty of items and some air rifles to sell. Determined to attend the fair this time! It's bound to be good.

Depending on work and the present Mrs B, I will Micky. I only managed to spend £770 on 4 items last time and that W/Farm Mick owes me a Tea
