I spray the flies first with hair lacquer. It doesn't kill them but they have to glide everywhere. Easier targets.

That video came up when I looked for the fly shooter on YouTube.

The gun is not large enough is it? Maybe pimp it up with a shoulder stock, red dot and silencer

It is that time of the year - flies are starting to appear in the house.

I find that using an unloaded (Co2 installed but no pellet) pistol will , if you sneak up on a fly , just blast it to fly oblivion.
Anyone else do this?

Try swatting a cloud of midges with one of those electronic bats. I'll try your idea on the next Asian hornet that gets above its station. Hopefully it wont release the pheremones to tell his mates what's happened
