Bob Watson and not forgetting Fletch who donated the main prize of the Daystate Wingmaster. All donations were very much appreciated.

The winners of the 3 rifles were as follows

    John Richardson......Daystate Wingmaster
Charlotte Edmondson.......Air Arm S400 from the Air Gun Centre
    Nick and Sam Howard........BSA

Anyway, Tony an I and all at Rochford Air Gun Club, thank you all sincerely for visiting us a taking part for two very worthy causes.

Also a big thank you to all our members who gave up their time and helped with the organisation and setting up of the course, its much appreciated.

P.S. I do apologise for any spelling mistakes with peoples names, some score cards were a little tricky to read, let me know if your names wrong and I will correct it

P.P.S Just to let you all know, when we set the course up on saturday the ground was nice and firm, but hey ho that's british weather for you, we hope the mud didn't spoil your enjoyment.

    All the best

What a brilliant result for two very worthwhile charities. Somebody mentioned mud. Just consider it "An excess of skin therapy raw material." For those of us who stayed overnight to stop any little scrotes nicking our hard work it was a relaxing night, only interrupted by the sound of Tony trying to put his bed together. Sorry, we couldn't help, we were creased up laughing.

At least we now know why Connor left the cadets. He can't put up a basha. A fine potential leader, "Ialways stand back and let others do it." Don't expect your troops to do anything you won't do. Kipping on the floor at the bottom of a slope ain't conducive to sound sleep.

On the day it got to the point were we couldn't get any wetter so it was a case of, "Oh bxxxxxxs, can't get any wetter so let's ignore it. Sun out in the afternoon, time to sit and steam, lovely.

By the way it was nice to see the Hobbits coming up from Daarn Sarfff to the land of Mordor. Did you partake of a delicious plate of cockles from the sea front while you were here. Lubly jubly.

    Roll on the next one.
