    Sothern Hunters Series Round 2 Results

    Many thanks to all the guys at the Oaks for setting todays course, and largely thanks to the weather gods for being kinder than expected!

    Top shooting from Mike, Rudy, and Richard in the Open, Lawrence in Recoil, Ed in 22 and Jean in Ladies classes.

    Great day out in the warm sunshine and hardly a breath of wind to disturb a superb course.

    Oh, wait a min .... that must have been the other week/month/year

    Would love to have given my dear ol' Rapid a better reintroduction to the daylight, and Ed a better run for his money.

    Still there's always next week. Bound to be better weather at Ford. Rare to get any breeze there

    Me wonders wot you edited out....

    Got lucky, home ground advantage and the tea leaves predicted it, plus Lewis was coaching me..now about that blade of grass..

    Ford next, always fun and thank god that runway is so sheltered from the wind!
