The lp53 is a true classic, and the Sussex armourey sideleavers can be a good rifle. I have ownded in the past aParabelum in .22 and a High Power. They were harsh to shoot and very noisey with the plastic stocks however with a bit of work on the actions they were made a better rifle, i filled the hollow stock and it quietended it down. At present I have an Air Arms branded Woodsman carbine, that is one of my real faves, in .22 and useing air arms /jsb,s its a accurate and powerful hunter
