Many thanks for that Danny, I'll look forward to reading it in the days ahead.
The second issue of Airgun Collector is now ready to view or download at the websites below.
Massive thanks go again to the many contributors, whose generous donations have made this collaborative effort possible. Hopefully there will be something in there for everyone.
Please distribute it as widely as possible, via forums, email and file sharing websites etc. The idea is that if anyone wants to read a copy, now or even perhaps 10 years from now, they will be able to get one easily.
And before you say 'you should have charged for it', I did give it some thought. But everyone involved, including me, has given up their time, expertise etc for free on the understanding that there will be no barrier to readers.
Hopefully it will not just be of interest to current airgun collectors, but will inspire new ones too, which ultimately will benefit all of us...
Enjoy!

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.

A big thank you Danny and also to the contributors. Top marks, again.
Pete.
Well done Danny and all, I look forward to reading this later.
I'll leave this in open forum for a while before making it a sticky.
All the best Mick
Thanks!!! Looking forward to settling down with this! Cheers!
Rob
Thanks Mick, thanks all.
John if you're talking about John Griffiths' article, it's about American Hy-Scores and your pic shows a British-made Phoenix pistol (based on the Hy-Score), if I'm not mistaken. Rob M did do an article on the Phoenix guns in the last issue.

Many thanks for the enormous amount of time and effort that must have been spent to produce both of these superb publications. It'll provide many hours of me reading and thinking "I never knew that!" If only my old brain could remember it all.

Life is to be enjoyed, not endured.
Another cracking job Danny and all those that helped.
Hi Danny,
You will have real trouble to surpass this superb and wholly professionally produced edition for the next issue.
The bar continues to rise.
Thanks again for all your hard and freely given effort and to all the other contributors.
Regards
Brian
Fantastic! My congratulation to all involved.
May I join the chorus af approval? I'd like to let you & your collaborators just how much I appreciate your hard work & dedication in bringing out your latest edition of Airgun Collector. Much appreciated and, like AC1, will be a very handy source of reference. ATB Glyn
This looks absolutely superb on screen...
but could some kind person explain to me how to save a copy on my PC and even print a copy? Do I need to sign up for some other service?
All I have found so far is (I think) how to save the web address.
Thanks,
Phil .... a relative PC illiterate.
UPDATE: IGNORE the above. I clearly did not give it time to download on my PC. My wife just tried it on her faster machine and we now have a complete pdf downloaded via i drive..... my machine is still rattling away.
Thanks, Phil

Phil click the idrive link below, then tick the box next to the name of the e-mag and a little blue download arrow will appear. Best save it to your computer's desktop so you know where to find it after it's downloaded.
