For sale: WEBLEY MK.3 'SUPERTARGET' with Parker-Hale sights:

For Sale: One WEBLEY MK.3 SUPERTARGET .177 air rifle, serial number A3898, fitted with the Parker-Hale PH17B aperture sight and PH FS22A tunnel foresight. This is an earlier version and as such also has the spare foresight elements canister fitted to the underneath of the pistol grip.
In overall good condition, mechanically perfect, some thinning/wear to the blue as it has received use. The stock is also very good and all original varnish, but has two small holes in the stock butt where a butt pad was at one time fitted.
Lovely rifle, entirely acceptable as it is, but would reblue splendidly.
Price £199 plus £15 post or collect.

I think he means because mainly, us English are more used to recieving air rifles from Germany

    Exactly.
And many more UK airgun shooters are now buying from German Dealers on price ,service, and because we cannot buy new via the Internet in the UK due to our laws.

So if I want a new airgun I can get it sent to my door cheaper from Germany or have to go in person to an
    English gunshop and pay more!
Hope that's explained it Aimless and enjoy your Webley.

Thanks to slug-gun for the fine supertarget.

Question: Did the rifle ever had a recoil-pad/-plate and were can I buy one (to hide some drilled holes)?

    -advices appreciated-

Only the very rare 'de-luxe' version of the Mk.3 was fitted with a butt plate. Easiest and neatest way to deal with the holes is to buy a good quality wood filler and fill them. Will be hardly noticeable if done carefully.

Can anyone please recommend a German dealer? I've just been quoted 127 euros postage on a pistol - they must be able to send it cheaper than that surely.

Steve, which way do you want to send? UK to Germany or the other way?
