Interesting vid.
The Walther LGV class of guns are not overly noisy in the first place but with that silencer fitted yours is almost whisper quiet.
What price are those silencers; 0.177 and 0.22?
Chris
I must be honest I could barely detect any difference between it with or without the mod but that may well be some sort of auto volume on the recording.
Also I thought it was already pretty quiet without the mod
Just a thought but is he a registered RFD ? if not I'm not sure of the legality of making & selling mods for other people.

Oh Dear, do I detect that we may be entering into a minefield?
Isn't it sad when we have to worry about a hobbyist maker flogging a few bits and bobs to other enthusiasts.
... I have a carbon fibre silencer, made by a very talented friend. It's about the same dimensions as a Weihrauch silencer but, it performs better - surely this is how progress is made.
2 of my friends, a husband and wife, have almost 60yrs experience between them working in various departments for Wiltshire police - I asked about this very subject around 18 months ago when it came up on another forum.
His response, as well as laughing, was 'Don't you think we have more to concern ourselves with?'.
Shauny your work has a good reputation, good on you - crack on 👍
All of the above.
I have 2 of Shaunys moderators on my LGVs and they do make a difference from a quiet rifle to a very quiet rifle. Most people don't believe mine is actually a springer when they hear it. If you ask Shauny to make one for you to fit the LGV it will be the same size diameter as the bit on the end of the barrel, the muzzle.

Shooting Air Rifles is like being a pubic hair on a toilet seat.
Eventually someone comes a long and P's you off.
They usually have a PCP
I think that the question mark was being raised over the possible direct posting of gun's mechanisms to individuals, rather than someone making a bob or two from their God given talents. Not by me, I might add!
I recently purchased a complete replacement trigger mechanism and the dealer posted it directly to me. The only caveat was that it was not to be sent by air. But when I made enquiries about a replacement barrel for my XS78 I was informed that it would have to be sent to my nearest RFD and I would have to pay for the privilege of their service.
Because I have been contemplating an upgrade, I'm thinking of 'possibly' opting for a Walther LGV and the original post and vid really caught my attention. You must admit, that stumpy really looks to be the dog's doodahs!
