    Thumbs up

    Hi all

    I've four Premiers..

    Top to bottom-

    B series

    E series

    Transitional steel

    Mk2

The Transitional opne has a milled out bit the same as the mk2 but is definiely steel rather than Aluminium, Also, It has the black painted finish rather than the normal blued finish!

That looks in great original condition, clearly been well cared for. Grips are getting increasingly hard to find over here and when they do crop up they go for silly money. I only have a black original left hand but no brown I'm afraid. I now make my own so I don't have to spend ages searching, don't do brown though as I can't match the mottled affect. Atb Phil

Thanx for the photobucket picks, John, that is a very tidy Prem - a 'sleeper' I guess and the overstamp I think makes it very desirable. (By me anyway).

Continuing the asides on this thread, whilst I did not get to see this pistol on the original link I did get to see a young lady scantily clad, ah, fate smiles upon an old man!

Still continuing and referring to comments about wooden grips and showing things try this

(Ref the purists I do have all the original bits to rebuild it) It was brought about by the following whose state was such that I thought a re-blue was not practical

Yes I do have a number of Prems so I am not using the best!

    Hi John (again)

Your post re your Prems is giving my server hysterics, can you post on Photobucket again please?

What is a 'web proxy' anyway?

Thanks for the memories, I had one of these as a snapper, it was my most treasured possession, a superb pistol.

Nice Premiers John. I have never seen a polished version. Where many of them made?

According to Gordon Bruce's book, None were produced!!

I thought the one with dark grips had been nickel plated as i've had it for around 20 years and it's never ever rusted- Not even a miniscule amount!!!

I suppose someone could have had it done aftermarket
