A newbie to this, can an one advise as to where to shoot a .22 air rifle in the.Speedwell Fishponds Kingswood area - any clubs local? Thanks in anticipation, bob1701.

There is a East Bristol Rifle & Pistol club at Hanham where you could shoot it on a 20 yard indoor range using paper targets. They are a target shooting club though as opposed to Field Target, so it depends what you are looking for. Have a look at the website http://www.eastbristolrifleandpistolclub.org.uk/ and try contacting the secretary if you require more information.

Superb club is Avon Hawks.

Hi Phil, I have been in touch with the club at Hadham, unfortunately they'd not do .22 shooting, and advised the nearest club was the Mendip club, way to far to travel. Thanks anyway, Bob1701.
