    Hello Everyone

    Hello Everyone

    Just wanted to say Hello

I have just started to get back into the hobby as a friend has also taken it up.

I currently own a weirauch 97k which I enjoy shooting, but it's right handed and I am a leftie so I am considering upgrading to a left handed pcp, maybe a s410 or r10 mk2 but not in any rush.

Look forward to hearing any advice you have for me in the future.

    Thanks Rob

    Hello Paul

Thanks for the welcome 😁 and nice to meet a fellow leftie

How do you go on with your hw100? I had completely discounted this rifle due to the right handed cocking lever.

    Thanks Rob

Do you know what Rob, it's actually an advantage for a Leftie. When rifle is rested I can keep my trigger hand where it is, my eye on the scope and reload without hardly moving and probably could reload quicker than a right hander. The cocking lever is brilliant on the 100. I've shot a friends bolt action PCP but found that a bit awkward. Even if shooting free hand the 100 is light enough for me to keep it shouldered with my left hand on the pistol grip and easily re-cock with my right

    That's Great News Paul

I love my 97 although it's a little heavy and takes me a while to get comfortable with it because it's totally right handed, but I love the build quality and how it looks so I was sad to rule out a hw100 for the future, really glad I can stick it back on the list of things to try in my local air rifle shop 😁

    Thanks Rob

    Hello and welcome.

The answer is startlingly obvious! Buy a custom left hand stock for the 97, and then buy a left handed PCP. Simples!😁

    Ha

Yeah that would be fantastic 😁 I was looking at the cs700 thumbhole stock for my 97k, wish I could afford to do both 😁
