Aeron has (in my opinion) a better trigger and Rohm spares are getting hard to find now, I'd personally take an Aeron over a Rohm
Hi
Just testing the water, I've an Aeron Brno B96 pistol, but I'm thinking of selling it and buying a Rohm Twinmaster Trainer.
I like the co2 target pistols, especially the multi shot.
So am I heading in the right direction or do you guys know better.
Cheers

Steyr LP10, Steyr LP5,
Vintage Collection - Walther LP53, HW77k Venom, BSF S20 Match, Original 35, ASI Target plus lots more
never had a B96 but have seen some extr good shooting done with one
cant see the Trainer matching up,esp if the trigger is the same as the Top
I suspect the trigger on the Brno B96 is on a par with the Brno Tau 7 - which is very nice.
Not handled the Rohm but by all accounts the DA trigger action is heavy (it has to index the rotary mag). SA is probably more acceptable but that requires cocking the hammer to index the mag?
Ive owned both and sold the Rhom due to its IMO poor trigger.
I managed to score a 49 ex 50 with my Tau7 last night which I favour over my recently sold BRNO 96 due to, again, its IMO poor trigger. If its not specifically a multi shot your after I would have a close look at a Tau 7.

The one on the example I recently sold wasn't. I could only manage to score low to mid 40s with it. I didn't want to mess with it to much incase I upset the ahuto feature.
The Tau? Thats sickens me because I bought it off here s/h last year for £250 (approx) and it equals my Walther LP400 which I paid four times as much.

Why does that sicken you? Surely you should be happy?

I'd hold off buying anything until the five shot regs are resolved if I was you.
See post in above thread re five shots.
Walther KK500 Alutec expert special - Barnard .223 "wilde" in a Walther KK500 Alutec stock, mmm...tasty!! - Keppeler 6 mmBR with Walther grip and wood! I may be a Walther-phile?
The Rohm is far more reliable no doubt. The aerons are a pain in the ass
