Air Arms HFT 500 is a lovely rifle, but I've seen plenty of S500s/S400s
Been a hunter all my life but have tried hft a few times over the last year or so and definitely would like to give it a proper go. Now I no my hunting rifle is more than upto the task but I'm a bit of a tart lol. So what dedicated hft rifles are out there and what ones are preferred by the regular comp shooters atb

I opted for the hw100 after much debate and looking/trying guns.
I looked at the AA ultimate sporter, Daystate huntsman regal and the AA S510.
Like others say, get out and try a few, it was only by doing this that I realised the hw100 was for me and it has been a great gun over the past year. I have managed to shoot 3 50's now and regularly hit high 40's. I know the gun is good for all targets but I let her down!
If it helps, I got the full length sporter.
I might have just the gun.
Purchased it recently, but not really a rifle shooter!
It's an Air Arms S400f with a very smart Gary Cane Laminated Stock. Nice HFT boxed scope, Rowan trigger. And bolt not yet fitted.
Got a bag as well. Just need to get my money back. Thought it was a bargain so you won't go wrong.
Happy to email photo's if required.
Have a look at this link, it will give you a list of rifles used in 2016 at UKAHFT events. Not too specific on models though.
