Hello
Has anybody had first hand experience of these piston seals:

How do they compare with the green type material in vmach seals?
I previously had a green vmach with good results, but I'm interested in people's experience within the custom air seals one.
Thank you

Got one for the hw80.
Fast return and cheaper and better than local.
Very pleased.

What about vorteck seals? Allways had top service ad reieve next day.
Can't comment on the HW one but I have tried the diana seal in a 335 as well as the vortek....vortek gave better results was slightly cheaper and arrived within a couple of days.
Smile!...today is the day you worried about yesterday. :-)

Hi, I have aussie seals in my 97 and 99 and have used them in older 77's, ive tested them for over a year and found that they're really consistent, i didnt get on with the vmach seal (26mm) in my 97k but then purchased another 25mm for my older 77k and its running great even across the chrono
I fitted one to my HW45. It arrived in about a week, was perhaps a bit tight but at about 4fpe it seems good to me. I have not noticed any inconsistancy, nor problems with dieseling except for the first few shots after fitting. They were available, cheap and reputed to work fine. Fitting one to an HW45 is easy.
I am happy with mine.
Happy with mine, very consistent over chrono.
I have had many seals made for me by customairseals; (I live in Melbourne Australia and are "just up the road" from them) all have been made for my Webley Patriot experiments (up to 37 fpe) and have been both standard and "made to order". In all cases I have been very happy with both cost and quality!
cheers

26mm HW97K, I liked the shot cycled of the Aus seal, it was tight though and needed a fair bit more preload over VMach, which needed more preload over standard HW.
I've gone back to the standard HW.
I can't compare with a Vmach green but I installed the red type in my 45 and it works very well, marginally better then the original. It was improved by sizing it using fine grade wet and dry. It now produces a consistent 5.25FPE in .177 without any dieselling.
