Good luck with it Neil.
It would have been nice if the police, or ideally the woman herself before the police arrived - had simply returned it to you.
This afternoon, the local plod is bringing my gun back. Very nice of them
We shall see what sort of state it's in.....
Funny if they bring it to your door not in a secured gun slip!
Best of luck!
that's not good
Fingers crossed its a happy outcome
Did you get it back, Neil?
THE BOINGER BASH AT QUIGLEY HOLLOW. MAKING GREAT MEMORIES SINCE 15th JUNE, 2013.
NEXT EVENT :- May 17/18, 2025.........BOING!!
Well - as promised, plod turned up with my gun. He wandered up the drive with the gun in his hand not in a slip. Fair play.
It is in reasonable condition - not what it would have been like if I had been keeping it but not bad.
So a decent turn out!!
Good to hear mate!
Glad it worked out OK
Good deals with these members
Great result. I don't think there would be many who would look after a loaned item to the extent of the owner. I presume the police also removed the rope from the garage, medications, knives, tubing that fit over exhausts and so on......
All the best....
glad you got it back Neil
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
