40 cal lead round ball sizes

May seem like a strange question to the muzzle loaders out there but can you guys educate me on what different ball sizes exist around the 40 cal, found
    .395" and .411" so far

    .375 for .36cal revolvers.

    .440 for single-shot pistols and rifles in .45cal - using a patch.

What's the interest in .40cal? Never heard of it in shooting circles.

    tac - muzzleloader since '65.

    Ah. Airguns. Right.

If there is a specific size that you are looking for, Jeff Tanner will make you a ball mould for anything you want.
