This was one of the clearest scopes I ever owned,

regret gifting it to someone when I thought I was giving up permanently
    I'm back.

In a compo, down at Kibworth,
Rainbow thought he would be fine,
    Then he shot a forty-niner,
So he bought some fishing line.

    Chorus:
Who''s yer daddy, who''s yer daddy
Cos yer shootings not so fine
Your rep is lost and gone forever,
    Dreadful sorry...... FORTY NINE..

I have the viper 10x44 on my s410. Its a great combination and I'm hitting golf balls on our shooting range at 90 yards.Fantastic piece of kit and reasonably priced for a good quality scope.Think I paid around £155 from my local gun shop .

Had one in silver quite rare, think it was a factory second though. Around the reticle was all small black flecks

No factory seconds were ever sold. This one has haf a nitrogen loss leading to lens contamination, its around 10 years old..
If it were me I would use Paul Burke to repair it
