Helpful or cop out, I only ever wanted my mag back ! Mind you not a .22 one you have in stock, by the way do you have a regal perhaps not a .22 maybe a .177 without a mag ? Or maybe fortune has smiled on you .....and not me. Ps where can you buy 1/2 mags from .......not that I want to buy one - just want my mag back that's all !

Did I put a HW mod and Airstream in yes I did and got them back, did I put a mag in yes I did but no I didn't get it back. If I was going for the heist of the century surely I would go for a clean sweep.
You appear to be doubting my integrity whilst accepting his as a matter of fact, are you buddies.
He clearly believes he did and the fact that he says he has an email from Airtech asking him to include one in with the rifle and silencer, tends to support that.
Unless the OP has a reliable and independent witness who saw him pack and post the parts, including the mag, then he cannot prove he sent it any more than Airtech can prove he didn't receive it.
However, reading the whole thread and particularly the relatively reasonable comments from the OP versus the abrasive responses from Airtech, I ask myself who do I believe?
I must say I do sympathise with Airtech, though. It cannot be easy running a one-man band, where it is very easy to rapidly become a victim of one's own success. However, others, e.g. Tinbum (so far) do seem to manage it, so that's no excuse for bad service.
Happy Shooting!! Paul.

Just a thought, did you send the mag in the gun or loose in the packaging? If it was loose it may have been thrown away with the packaging by mistake.

Using the search facilty on this forum and going back years shows that a leopard doesnt change its spots.
The action, each mod and mag were wrapped independently in bubble wrap and taped and then all wrapped together in one package and taped with the last bit of bubble wrap I had. These were placed in a grey plastic tube, the type used for contracting work,6 inch diameter, both ends had double thick cardboard ends with thick foam at each end. To stop any movement in the tube I padded it internally with old magazine pages. The end sections were then taped with gorilla tape over the top and around the ends
That's exactly what I did when looking for bits for my Ultra.
Airtech have said I can go elsewhere. After reading this thread I will, but thanks Carl for giving me permission.
For the sake of the cost of a magazine if it was my business I'd replace it:
1) To keep my customer happy and get repeat business
2) To avoid bad publicity
How many other people will search on here before getting work done to see other's experiences. I won't be the last and I can't see many rushing to Carl's door.
Appalling customer service.

It's same on other forums aswell, and if you do go to his house, after agreeing time and date with him and doing a couple of hundred mile round trip, there's no guarantee he will actually open the door.
He might be very good at what he does but after reading about him on various forums (and actually bumping into him in person once) I wouldn't trust him as far as I could p1ss into a headwind.
