    Many thanks Ollie and Jimmie.

Showing I'm not a complete airhead, I have kept the original pics safe, with multiplle backups. So the actual raw information is safe, fortunately, although distributed across thousands of folders and files.

Danny, does Network54 give you access to your forum database?

No Kane, it's all proprietary as I understand it, not at all easy to transfer to another host intact.

I think some guy successfully moved all his threads to a bulletin board years ago, but had to write custom software to effect the move.

I get the feeling it's owned by California hippes or something like it! At least they don't seem to be at all grasping for money, which is refreshing, but neither is the forum maintenance anything to shout about and half the time there is no support at all.

Looks like I've got another 18 months before they pull the plug...

"If you were a Plus Account subscriber in good standing as of June 1, 2017,

    subscription."

That's good breathing space and if nobody who has contributed minds, I'll keep hold of the money for now. If you need a refund, just let me know and I'll forward it immediately.

Danny, the way I see it I made a contribution to the website. Keep it, I'm sure you will find a good use for it at some point.

I would be happy to make this an annual subscription should that ever be required.

Donation just made, Danny. Even if a no-cost solution is finally found, I'm sure you'll find a way of using the money to continue to promote our sport and collectables in particular.

I see from the General Airgun thread that some progress is being made. Keep up the great work.

    All the best,
    Happy Shooting!! Paul.

    My thoughts exactly.

Glad to hear you at least have a little breathing space Danny.

    Kind regards,

    John
