    Hi all

Just joined the forum recently. Got myself a springer setup and looking to join a club in the Cheshire/ Merseyside area for just general plinking.
Any info would be much appreciated

Hi and welcome to the forum, I'm sure someone will be along with a local club soon. Oh, and take a peek at the thread regarding the Sringer Bash in September. It'll be somewhere near the top with many, many pages of nonsense.

Contact Dave Fairhurst at Tawd Vale airgun club if it's not too far north for you. A great club with friendly members.

Hi Tonyo, and a very warm welcome to the forum.

A fantastic, friendly place and with many helpful and knowledgeable people.

    Springers? Good man!

I hope your quest for a local club is fruitful. Clubs are a great way to meet friendly, like-minded people, pick up advice and make new friends.

As Tinbum says above, if you can make it, the Boinger Bash would be a fantastic place to visit. Again, you'll meet lots of like-minded, friendly folk all sharing the love of Airguns.

Don't let the seemingly daft banter on the thread put you off......It's like that because so many people have made life-long genuine friendshios through the forum and the Boinger Bash meets and many of is know one another very well now. You can put faces to names and I guarantee you'll be made instantly welcome and that you'll have a great time, as the meets are not at all cliquey.
