    Big balls please 1858 Enfield.

I bought the two band made by Euroarms. Hardly used by previous owner who is ancient like me .
He did not use ball .
    Mint condition.Bought a Lee Smelter.
My first Minies came out fine but frankly I do not want to cast.......please don't scream

As it's a 58 Cal rifle what size balls will it need . Presumably patched for loading by me.
    100metre shooting at most.

I think I will sell the Lee pot cost about £70 less than a year ago .
Want to keep the rifle as it is fun to shoot.

    Cheers

I used .562" balls in my 2 band with a .015" patch. Shot well at 50m with about 60 grains of TS2. For some reason i never did get that rifle to
shoot well with a minnie bullet. I sold it to a mate and he still uses round ball more accurately than i shoot minnies in my Muskatoon. Tim
