A lovely day for shooting yesterday. I managed to get through 2 and a bit tins of pellets! and had a thoroughly good time as ever. The sun was out and the wind was still - beautiful conditions for shooting When I eventually found the bucket I managed to give it some serious pain - great fun.
Have a great time this weekend all you lucky folks that can get there

As ever, what a fantastic day at The Hollow, meeting up with fantastic people yet again and meeting nice new peeps.
The weather was a little different from yesterday, Neil. The wind was trying its best at times to dampen the Boinger spirit but failed, miserably, due to the resolve of the BoingerPeeps.
A few observations:-
Mick; I hope the docs get you back to full fitness asap. Despite being under the weather, yet again, you and Shirl have done us proud again. And thank you, thank you.
Emma - sorry I didn't get to see you and dad this time; I hope you're okay.
Nick - 18Wheeler - not sure if you were planning on being there today. Missed you matey and hope to see you tomorrow.
As ever, lots and lots of lovely peeps to talk to, but just not enough time to talk to everyone properly.
And, as always, lots and lots of lovely, special rifles.
Unframed Dave, a big thank you for letting me have a go with your awesome and rare Whiscombe. What an absolutely superb thing in every way and a big, big wow moment. In the past I had clapped eyes on one or two, but never had the opportunity to fire one.
Les - that "Supersport" was awesome. It was great to see the bemused expressions on people's faces when trying this break barrel. Lovely, lovely thing. Thank you.
Nick - that little Drulov was lovely. Great fun and loved that 'scope, too.
Hey, and Nick also bought a HW35E and conceded that it was "quite nice".
But he sold it after just a brief period of ownership.
Charlie. I've had the pleasure of trying a few "narrow bore" rifles. And, in the main, all were lovely. Yours was particularly lovely; thank you for the opportunity.
Lots and lots of other lovely toys, too many too mention.
And I can do it all again tomorrow.
See you in the morning boys and girls.

Bugger; you'll be missed, sir.
Hope you've been having a great time though, Nick.
And, you never know, after a few hours sleep you might feel suitably refreshed and able to join us for a while today?
Aitch isn't here. And you already did me a seat, remember?
It'll be utterly fantastic if you did manage to make it down, Nick, and looking forward to seeing you in April already if you can't make it.

Thanks to Brider for the lift there and back AND, AND, AND, I HIT THE BLOODY BUCKET yahey.
Apart from a croaky throat that got worse as the day wore on it were brill.
Nobody wanted my excellent MKII Sporter with the split and shortened stock and the foresight blade missing, I wonder why?
I may drop the price for the next 'Bash" or I may use it as a pea stick in the garden.
See you all in April hopefully
Cheers
