Well, that was a very challenging but hugely enjoyable day

Thanks to all involved in making today happen, especially Richard for setting out an absolutely fiendish course.

Today also gave me a new-found respect for springer shooters - how on earth Nigel and Harry managed scores of 46 apiece, I really have no idea

I told Jean not to put the targets up trees, but she insisted.

Cool MAD, both the place and the wind.

Thank you to all involved in the planning and organisation of today and to my shooting buddy Bob.

Charles, just a quick point I've not quite made the Vets yet.

    Cheers

i should really just go and hide under the table after that shoot. But I just had to thank Trev Palmer for his consistency. That must be hard, working out how bad everyone else is shooting to make sure he keeps last place

My zero was off, Chilli told me the ranges, someone knocked my barrel, had the wrong pellets, barrel needs a clean, triggers too heavy, got dust in my eye, had a cold, Jean told me to poke everything, I snatched the shot, the targets were sticky, it was a splitter, I was scared in the woods with all those strange men, the leaves were too light in that wind, I had a coffee, the sun was in my eyes, head was in the wrong position, I'm CRAP.....
    M.A.D for it.

I have quite complicated algorithms that I use, which fortunately for you Rex have been very accurate so far.
I might forget to use them one day and show you how bad I really am
