hi guys and gals i was wondering how to go across getting a shotgun certificate.
i have wanted a shotgun for a few years now but i dont know the legal age where you can apply for the SGC and what requirements are needed and also how much it all cost in the long run and if you need to renew the certificate after a period of time and where you have to put the shotgun cabinet and the cartridges and stuff like that so any information would be apreciated a lot

p.s. and how old you have to be to carry it dowm the street on your own not accompanied with an adult to your shoot in a carry case or a shotgun slip
thanks again

get a cabinet with a top locking box, so you can store carts in there.
age to own is SGC is 14, to carry it by yourself is 17
your not going to get many inside a top boxOriginally Posted by welsh shooter
you dont need to store them secure i keep mine in my walk in cupboard
cooky i didnt say you had to store them in there
just looks good , also if you ever apply for FAC you can store ammo in it
