My local dive shop charges £35, same turn around time too.
I didn't realize that my filling bottle has past the 5 years mark and the diving shop refused to fill it up.
They quoted 40 quid plus VAT to test it and they need a week to turn around.
I feel the price is too dear and run away.
What's the going rate nowadays? I remember a few years agao in Solihull it was around 20 quid for a test, if I remember right.
My local dive shop charges £35, same turn around time too.

My wife DOES know how much my rifle cost - she bought it for me! Blaser R8 Success Mono LH with .22lr. .204 Ruger, 6.5 x 55 and .308
A test is a test, regardless of cylinder capacity, I reckon you could save a couple of quid by shopping around but £40 seems reasonable to me
Air Services in Kent charged me £35 for a test and fill for a 7ltr 300 bar cylinder.
One week turnaround.
