Haenal 28R Wanted

Looking for a good H28R. Kempton had a lovely boxed example but to pricey for me. Fair price wsiting for a good unmolested example.
Vg H28 also sought.

We auctioned on at Holts, a pretty average on for iirc £1500

The boxed one at Kempton at circa £700 was a bargain it seems.

Wish mine were worth that! I wondered if these were more available in the US? I’ve seen several ads for them in old magazines where the Repeater was the only Haenel they were selling.

It was I thought a very fair price, the 28R is a very scarce pistol, not only very collectable but also sought after and rarely come up for sale, when they do the prices can go way beyond the asking price on the example at Kempton.

be wary of buying a cheap but possibly knackered example, spares are like rocking horse xxxx, I purchased a faulty 28, knowingly so, the seller was very honest and fault was very fairly reflected in the deal, Now fully working and shooting lovely but every part I needed had to be machined/made by myself. (I deliberately do this sort of thing as a challenge )
