Buxted HFT Ad Hoc Open - 29/07/2018 Results

What a massive difference in weather conditions compared to the last few weeks. We started with light rain which gradually got heavier & heavier along with the wind factor made for a very interesting shoot. Guess that's why no one other than Buxted club members joined us, were you all painting your nails or not wanting to get your hair wet?

Well done to Bruce & Elias on braving the weather to compete in their first HFT shoot.

    The results were;

    Howard Kalisch 54
    Andy Simpson 52
    Darren Purnell 50
    Jon Newton-May 47
    Nigel Buchan 44
    Roger Dibbens 44
Gary Morrison 42 (Standing & Kneeling)
    Kevin Wickson 42
    Bruce Ingram 27
    Barry Wade 24
    Elias Ridley 17
    Justin Rayner DNF

Last but not least, huge thanks must go to Andy & Howard for setting a great course with some very devious targets.

    See you all soon

    Wink

Brilliant course in some very challenging conditions!
Who’s idea was it to put Howard and Andy together as course setters, that was hard!

A real baptism of fire for our newbies. Well done for getting to the end, some cracking positional shots along the way from you guys I understand.

    Till next time
    Cheers EDBOC

Didn't want to get my hair wet :-)

Gear was packed, having breakfast and the heavens opened....I bottled it...its still coming down here

Even though I didn't shoot thanks to the setters for the opportunity...scores in the 50's in those conditions are quality, well done those, and well done all who attended.

Long range forecast is looking good for next week though
