I was out on my club 55 yard range today, I was smacking down a 25mm reset quicker than the PCP's either side of me.

I think to be honest, it was pissing them off!!

They both stopped and had a go of my TX200 to try and see how a boing gun could be so accurate so far out !!

BIG UP for the 'Boing massive'

Will there be a camp fire at the Bash Friday night?

I'm sure I will have a friend coming to the bash , but not likely anybody from my club

My friend was a little apprehensive as he said he only had a BSA Air Sporter in .22. He said he'd be out gunned amongst the expensive Bash guns

I told him the Boing Bash was exactly the place to be with his BSA

I think he will be looking for some help as he is new to shooting air with some degree of conviction, I'm sure the Bash would be the best place of him to start 'getting into' air rifles

I fear I have been conspicuous by my absence on this thread this bash around, and deliberately so, as didn't want to rub salt into the open wound of not being able to attend this particular time, but there is a glimmer on my Boinger Bash horizon, as I may now be able to get there for the Saturday afternoon through to Sunday early doors (say 10am Sunday to see me back in Chelmsford for a family Sunday Roast at 2pm) ... If I can, would that be ok please Mick et al, and could I pay on the day?
That'd be brill if you can make it, Gareth. Sure Mick will be fine with that and a few always pay "at the gate" so to speak. Be great to see you again.

    Very well done, that man!

And, yes, The Bash is indeed the place to be with his Airsporter. Whatever tackle he has, and no matter the skill level, The Bash is such a friendly and all-inclusive environment, he'll feel at home straight away. Having a Boinger in the hand always results in a smile on the face and genuine camararderie.

Sorry for missing you post, Gareth, and yes as Tone says just show up if you can, we have to be a bit flexible about the payment list to account for some people's work commitments.

I effectively run the payment list so that I can get a good idea on numbers attending and cater accordingly --- it also gives me a list of names to print the name badges from.

Cheers Mick. Had withdrawal symptoms when I missed the last one so hope I can coax the Genie from the bottle this time.
