    Is this a Minelli logo?

    Hi all

I've recently bought a HW99s and was told that the stocks on these rifles are made by Minelli of Italy. But looking at the etched logo on the gun It doesn't look like the usual M to me. Is this a genuine Minelli stock or Is It made by another company?

Here Is a photo of the logo,

    Atb,

    John

After a bit of searching I found this review on the HW99s and It does state that the stock Is made by Minelli (paragraph 4) But the logo on my rifle still does not look correct to me

There was a thread started on the AGF last December entitled "99s?" by Nath92, who noticed this mark on a stock he was refinishing.

LOL - However many there are out there with the same logo as shown by the OP; its definitely NOT a genuine Minelli logo.

Nor can I imagine Minelli allowing that through their QC!
