Have a look at that website. Maybe will help. I own hw90/theoben and I pump it using a bike shock absorber pump and I got adaptors from them. That filling port got some strange size thread.
Has anyone on here ever made their own fill probes for gas ram rifles?
I need to service my Evo, and a friend wants me to service his HW90, so making some fill probes are on my to do list for lathe projects. If anyone has any dimensions to share that would help me a lot!

I got mine from best fittings and used a Hills pump. You don't need a lot of pressure to fill the ram.

Thanks, that looks like something quite easy to make, if I knew the thread diameter and pitch. Anyone know? I dont have the tools or competence to measure inside threads.
I don't have these rifles but I seem to remember reading somewhere it was 1BA and some were opened out
to 0BA but I could be wrong , check it and see .
1BA sounds about right, a M5 screw was a somewhat loose fit last time I checked, and the 1BA is 5.3mm's according to what I find online...
Now, to find the proper thread die..
