Haha!
No, unfortunately, no plinky time today, Pauly.
Hopefully, maybe, Sunday. But, if I get the chance, it'll be a toss-up between stripping the twangy Gamo or a plink. I think the plink may win for now; it's been a few weeks and the strip-down can wait until after Chrimbo.
Safe journey my friend and make sure you have a lovely time.

Nope. Just Crapmas Day, Scrapping Day and the day after, as I'd used all my holiday days up this year.
Don't mind that much though, matey, now that I'm working for nice peeps that appreciate you. Besides, three days stuck with this lot is more than plenty. It'd be different if you could put the time to good use, like when I used to go down to the barns ratting years ago, ferreting or out with the lurchers.
Still, if all goes well, at least I should have that LJ/BSA book to look forward to, I can get on here as often as poss and talk to nice, sane boingerfolk (?) and down a bit of John Smith's, Port and JD's.

Mrs L had had abdominal and back pains so went for some scans a few weeks ago, revealing gall stones and possibly cysts on her kidneys. She was awaiting news from the docs re subsequent action. But over the last few days the pains had got much worse.
Last night they got even worse resulting in me taking her to A&E at about 1.00am. After tests, they say her gall bladder is infected and would be transferring her to the bigger hospital at Doncaster. Ambulance turned up at about 10.30. Just got back from the local hospital, quick bit of brekkie, let the ducks out and I'm going to get my head down for a couple of hours and then drive to Doncaster. Guessing they'll be removing her gall bladder, hopefully today.
Don't know if I'll be able to get back on later; if not, keep it Boinged up, peeps.
