Andy it's a pre-WW1 Diana (26?) - you can just see the MG/R (Mayer & Grammelspacher, Rastatt) on the breech.

Dear All,
I have been trying to identify this air rifle and would be interested to also know its age.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have gone through the books I have but cant quite work it out. There are few readable marks on the rifle and I have included them in the pics.

Many thanks for any help.

Andy

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.
Thanks Garvin for the help. Based on the link you gave me looks to be a Mod 27. Have measured and weighed the rifle and this fits with the sales literature.
Warm Regards
Andy
