That's a real shame, thanks to all those involved....it was good while it lasted and a decent attempt at furthering air powered target based field shooting of all kinds.
It’s nearly 4 years since we started looking the idea of producing a specialist magazine that covered competitive air rifle shooting – and we’ve been genuinely taken aback by both the support and enthusiasm that CompAir has been received.
As the magazine has grown, so has the amount of time and money that we have been having to put into CompAir – both on the editorial and production/publication side of things – and this growing demand on resources has reached the point where producing the magazine is impacting on our “day jobs”. Without our day jobs, we wouldn’t even be able to get out there and go shooting, let alone publish the magazine, and so we have reached the sad decision that we have no alternative other than to cease publication for the foreseeable future.
Should time and money permit in the future, then we will certainly look at reviving CompAir but in the meantime we would like to thank each and every one of the competition shooting community who has read, supported and contributed to the magazine.
For those subscribers who have paid their subscriptions within the last 12 months, please email us at compaireditor@gmail.com and we will arrange a refund on a pro-rata basis related to the number of issues you have received.

..."My son," said the Norman Baron...."The Saxon is not like us Normans. His manners are not so polite. But he never means anything serious till he talks about justice and right"...
Look on the bright side chaps there will be more time to shoot
Every cloud....silver lining
Thats a shame enjoyed reading them. Nick could we not down load the ones that we subscribed to as I would like to keep them. Apologies if we can already do this.
Sorry for the delay in coming back on the above point - the "day job" really has taken over my life since the start of the New Year
We are keeping the CompAir website up and running for the foreseeable future, and so all editions of the magazine (apart from Issue 2 - don't ask!) will still be available to view online.
Owing to the format in which CompAir was published online, it is not possible to download each edition or convert it into PDF format without a huge amount of work being undertaken by the publishers (approximately a week's work for each and every edition!)
So what happened to issue 2 then
That's like "don't touch the big red button"
See you tomorrow mate

That's a great pity I'll enjoyed reading them.
