Hi Choppork, don't no how long they last but must be more than 3yr because of the guarantee, I have had 3 old none screens had no bother and 2 which has the screen , but I asked Simon from Daystate and he told me about £300 and that was the dearest part ,if a gun has any work done to it will state it on the receat. hope this helps. Bob.

pretty much no circuit boards are manufactured to last any more. Ever since they took the lead out of solder a circuit board has an expected life of about 7-10 years, that's how long you can expect it to take for "tin whiskers" to grow and short things out. You might find some military spec or space-race electronics still using leaded solder if you're really determined, but somehow I doubt Daystate were building to a specification to handle long term operations in zero gravity.
Hi
I am shooting a 2004 MK3 that is still on its original board
