you will find different rules for governing bodies/leagues.
at our club we shoot UKBR22 which allows rear bags, and Midlands Postal which also allow rear bags. NSRA rules do not allow rear bags.
When I looked at the rules for this new organisation their rules stated no electronic triggers, or words to that effect, which would rule out some daystate guns. Also watch stock clarification rules for different organisations. Its a bit of a minefield.

There Seems to be some confusion about Rules and types of guns & weight that can be used in benchrest shooting, And yes there are lots of variations out there of the original WRABF Rules that can be shot.
